Rimmel Wake Me Up Foundation Review

I'd wanted this foundation for ages, but the issue was they didn't have any shades for super pale girls like myself until now......

Rimmel finally launched the shade light porcelain in the wake me up foundation which I knew was my shade due to me already having the match perfection foundation which I already love.

Right let me give you the 411 on my skin it is really dry and I constantly get dry matches which sucks. i would much rather have oily skin instead of dry because there so many ways to control oil but not dry skin.

This foundation is a must for dry skin ladies because it litteraly glides over dry patches with a medium coverage and gives a beautiful radiant glow.

The price is £8.99 in boots and is a pretty reasonable price as it just perfect for dry skin but I definitely would not recommend for oily skin, as I don't think it will last very long on your skin
and could possibly make you look oiler than normal.

*This looks like quite a light coverage here but it is buildable.

Little Mac Haul

I recently bought some mac products and i thought I would share it with you guys because I personally love a good mac haul.
Firstly I got 2 beautiful lipsticks

This one here is hue it's a beautiful pinky nude colour I was a bit worrie it would wash out my skin as I'm very pale but it honestly looks great and hue is a glaze finish.
Te next one is morange which is a very vibrant orange colour and is amazing I'm in love it is a amplified finish. It's so creamy and very pigmented as you can tell by the swatch of them both below

Lastly I got the studio sculpt foundation in nw15 I haven't got a chance to try it out yet and if you would like to see review on it let me know in the comments. Xx

Long time.......No posts?

Hi guys well I haven't been posting in awhile and neglecting my blog which I'm deeply sorry for. I have been so busy which is no exuse really because there has been plenty of times I've caught myself on the sofa watching tv when I could be posting but I'm now back from holiday in itlay where I had no wifi which is horrible for an internet fanatic like me anyway enough with the rambling whilst i was away having no wifi I found myself writing a few posts that I obviously could no put up, so I do have a few posts coming soon I just need to take a few photos still for them. one of which I am very excited to post I will give you a clue it involves american apparel and pants  of some sort, ok that was like the biggest clue ever but I hope you enjoy that and I will leave you with a photo of me in Venice on a gondola because, well why not.

American Apparel Disco Pants vs Asos Disco Pants Dupe

Before I get in to this blogpost it might get a bit long so just sit back and relax perhaps grab herself a cuppa and then I can get started
First things first I'm a realist... No im kidding , actually I wanted to say about how I may be a little bit behind on the disco pants trend, but I still see people wearing them and a few months ago I was like you, reading blogposts about them and reviews due to their pretty hefty    price tag of 74 pounds which is bound to burn a hole in your pocket.

Asos Disco Pants

My love for these pants started in October when I first saw them but I did not want to pays the 70 pound price tag so i started to look for dupes and I found the asos one which were £30  so more than half the price tag but because Katie did not to the research properly she did not know to go a size down and when they had no uk sizes 8 left I though the would be quite tight fitting and a 10 would be ok but I was wrong they fit fine at first apart from them being a bit big around the waist after this I realised that as soon as you start moving they start to sag around the crotch area which is definitely not attractive so 100% don't get a size bigger in the Asos pair.

American Apparel disco pants

When buying these pair I was a lot more precautious about size and my debate was to either get it in a s (small) or xs (extra small) and because where I live there are no aa stores, I had to order online in the end I went for a extra small and im so glad I did they fit perfectly although the first time you try them on you might need to lie down on the ground to pull them up but then they sort of adjust to your body shape which is great.

Comparison

Firstly I would like to say the aa disco pants are a good bit thicker than asos and a fair bit shiner which is noticeable in real life but I'm not sure it will appear on camera that way but other than that the only visibly noticeable difference is the pockets american apparel are round shaped and asos are squared.
Material wise I have noticed a slight tearing in te asos pair but then agin I have had them longer than aa so if it happens with american apparel pants I will update you.

Conclusion

To be honest I'm annoyed I spent the £30 on the asos pair and waited to buy the real deal as I feel they don't deserve the title dupe do the poor sticking and lack of shine and I would honestly recommend going and buying the aa ones because they are amazing and I have been living in them recently so my honest opinion is to take the plunge and buy the real ones unless you can't afford it but just remember go size down I can't stress this enough

If you would like to see a post on how I style these b.e.a.u.tiful pants be sure to let me know in comments or if you have any question about them let me know and I will be sure to reply. Xx
I'm really sorry I'm having issues with my camera so I can't put the photos in yet I will have them up in a week sorry I jus thought I would post them anyway
