Blogmas Week One
This year I'm attempting blogmas eekkk. For those of you don't know what that is, I will kind of be doing it but I won't be posting everyday but instead will be basically attempting to post every week throughout December till Christmas. So as you will all of already assumed this is going to be quite challenging for me to do, as I'm very busy in school etc. But I will try my very best to post and will try to prewrite my posts as much as I can in advance. My Style Crush : Kendall Jenner

So next up on my style crush series we have Kendall Jenner. I am obsessed with her at the moment especially after I saw a photo of her 21st birthday dress, which was hot fire by the way and I have pretty much been stalking her style since then. So because I have been obsessed with her style I thought I would show you some of my favorite outfits she has worn and also in the future if you want I could maybe try recreate some of these looks, just let me know If you would like that and leave a comment on what posts you want me to do in the future and enjoy!

My Lipstick Collection | Katikins

Hi everyone, this is just a super quick post showing you my lipstick collection and how I organise it. It also includes my lip glosses, lip liners and liquid lipsticks. I got this clear makeup organiser from tk maxx last Christmas, they have loads of options available for different types of makeup or beauty storage in general. They are super affordable I think mine was around £8.00. I also have one were I keep my face and eye makeup products and if you would like to see it as well be sure to comment below. Charlotte Tilbury K.I.S.S.I.N.G Lipstick Review and Swatches | Katikins

So a few months back I bought a Charlotte Tilbury lipstick after hearing very good reviews on them. I picked up the shade night crimson which I thought was super pretty and perfect for the winter season. It's a deep purple red shade with a stain finish as I would say it has got a bit of sheen off it. 

The formula itself does glide on to the lips very effortlessly and is not streaky in the slightest. The pigment I personally thought would be a bit darker from what it looked like in the component compared to on the skin but the colour none the less is gorgeous. 

One think you also have to give the company props to is their packaging, its divine especially for the people like myself who are still obsessed with rose gold, it just looks so luxurious but comes with a more expensive price tag as one would expect from high end company it retails for £23.00. 

Overall if its within your price limits and you are willing to bite the bullet I would definitely recommend you pick one up and give it a try even if it is just to look at its beauty.

Style Crush | Desi Perkins

I have been loving Desi Perkins style, she is one of my favourite youtubers and is absolutely gorgeous and makes me want to cry every time I see a photo of her. So I thought I would just share a quick post and show some of my favourite looks she has done in the past.

Kat Von D Metal Matte Palette Review | Katikins

  So I was recently in Florida for the first time ever with my family, sidenote -it was amazing. Luckily we had time to pop into sephora and it was literally the best thing id ever seen in my life. Sadly in the UK we don't have a sephora and I think we should all sign a petition for them to open one up here, cause its so annoying we haven't got one, especially cause they have all these exclusive brands that we cant get are hands on. Anyway back to the point, when I was fortunate enough to be there  I picked up the Kat Von D new metal matte palette, literally the most beautiful thing I have ever seen.

  I bought the palette in hope it would inspire me to inject a little more colour in to my eye looks. One thing I do love is that it has a range of neutrals and a few brighter coloured eyeshadows so you really can experiment  The Palette has 22 eyeshadows in it in total, 9 of which are metal which basically means they are super high pigment shimmery glittery deliciousness and the rest of the colours are mattes. The matte shadows are super creamy and blend like a dream and I didn't have a problem with any of the matte shades at all. Although one of the metals i did think was not just as pigmented and shimmery as the rest and that one was volt.

  This palette is 60 dollars which was quite the burn to my wallet when I came to the till but you are getting a lot of shadows for the price bare in mind. So I have just inserted some photos of the palette and a few swatches. Thanks for reading and I do really recommend the palette.
